Job Description:
Generate Analytical Insights and Predictive Solutions to enable better decision making for various industries.Deliver various types of analytical solutions under limited direction and in sparse data conditions.
Provide consultancy to clients on usage of analytic solutions to achieve business goals.
Help and Guide Technology and Systems Teams to implement analytical solutions and models integrating data from diverse sources.
Adherence to Internal or Customer Specified Quality and Timeliness Standards
Desirable Skills:
Prior Experience in Retail Lending /Banking or related domains is mandatory.Proficiency in analytical tools like SAS and SPSS is mandatory.
Should have SIGNIFICANT hands on experience in scorecard development and monitoring.
Hands on experience in generating structured insights from big data collected from different sources and formats.
Business acumen and ability to translate data insights into meaningful business recommendations
Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills and adaptability to different cultural environments.
Experience of 3-6 years would be the ideal fit.
Special Mention:
Post Graduate in Quantitative Disciplines would be preferred. M.Sc/ MBA/ MA (Statistics, Economics, Financial Economics, Maths, Applied Maths, Finance, Business Analytics, Actuarial Science, Econometrics and etc.)Short to Medium duration Client Site Visit would be required.
Sound knowledge of applied statistics / econometrics and data mining is a prerequisite.
